1. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Email your notice to [email protected]. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email and, if applicable, address).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing (URLs on NxMods or precise links), and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

Incomplete notices may be delayed or rejected.

2. What Happens After You Submit

• We will review your notice for completeness and validity.
• We may remove or restrict access to the reported material.
• We may notify the uploader or user who shared the material and provide the substance of your notice.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:

• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and will accept service of process from the complaining party or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers & Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content at our discretion to comply with the law or protect our community.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
